Hello! I’m Dr Amanda Benham, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist based in Australia. I’ve been helping people thrive on plant-based diets for over 30 years. I do this in two ways: by doing one-on-one consultations and by creating educational resources on plant-based nutrition. Whether you’re a vegan, a vegetarian or simply curious about plant-based eating, I’d love to help you reap the benefits of plant-based eating.

 

A consultation involves practical nutritional and dietary advice based on up-to-date scientific research and decades of experience, tailored to suit you. Consultations are available via tele-health (online video or phone) for people living anywhere in Australia.

Good nutrition is crucial for healthy development from pre-conception through to adulthood, but raising children on a plant-based diet can be challenging at times. I'm qualified in paediatric nutrition (including fussy eating) and would love to help ensure your little ones thrive on plants! Ideally, get in touch before becoming pregnant, so we can work on nourishing your baby right from the start.
